Some Doctors, that pay attention to food and health nutrition, including Dr Mercola (the Most respected health Dr on the internet) have articles about the hazards of using a microwave for heating food. One point was that the nutritional values (incl. proteins) decrease and/or are damaged in foods that are microwaved.
Do you have any studies on that or advice from any knowledgeable food nutritionists?

I takes around 5 mins to steam fresh veg which keeps the nutrients and is much more benificial or the body.
