bit.ly In the peak of my obesity and fat, I was weighting 185 lbs, at 15 years old in my sophomore year. I decided to change my life and lost over 40 lbs of fat, and put on some muscle. It’s all about intensity and how much effort you put in. I also stopped eating junk food, and ate a lot of chicken and fish, with a lot of carbs in the morning but barely any at night. You need the carbs for energy when you lift.
