How do I help my nightly nausea go away?
I go to sleep every night feeling perfect.
A few minutes later…Stomach Ache and nausea.
Its been going on for quite some time and ive been to the doctor recently but everything came back negative.
What can help this so I can stop feeling horrible every night and get some more sleep?

heartburn?
I get heartburn nearly every night and its really becoming tiring, i chew about 4 tums and the heartburn subsides some but still im sick of getting such terrible heartburn im only 15 and i dont eat a lot of spicy foods is there anything else that could be causing such acids to work up in my stomach or do you think it is just merely heartburn
