TheShaila123 : Cleaning teeth with salt for whiter teeth
I’m very sorry for the bad quality of this video just read this so you may understand what im saying my teacher said charcoal ash whitens your teeth too i dont know if my teacher is right because it looks disgusting but i tried it We have discussed many different home remedies for teeth whitening in the past here on Whiter Teeth Whitening. While salt has been mentioned in passing we’ve yet to discuss it in depth…until now. The question is, can you clean your teeth with salt? If so will salt make your teeth any whiter? You can in fact clean your teeth with salt. The best salt to use for cleaning your teeth is table salt as this is smoother, sea salt is rough and can more easily damage the enamel of your teeth. To do this all you have to do is pour a small amount of table salt on your toothbrush, and wet it a little as you would with toothpaste. Then brush your teeth normally. After you have thoroughly brushed your teeth with salt you should then rinse off your toothbrush and brush your teeth only using water. Then rinse your mouth out with mouthwash. When you have done this, take a look at your teeth in the mirror. You should be able to notice a definite whitening effect on your teeth. They may also appear more shiny. Be careful though as overuse of this method can damage your teeth and gums, so only brush your teeth with salt once a week. One further advantage of brushing your teeth with salt is that it can also help fight against toothaches as I have written about in …
Stretchmark removal & Acne scar removal
www.dermaneedling.com Skin Needling is also called “Facial Needling” or “Medical Needling” (it is not Acupuncture). The technique reduces the depth of wrinkles and fine lines on the face. It also reduces shallow depressed scars such as Chicken Pox or Acne scars. Facial needling is a natural skin rejuvenation method that fills and softens wrinkles and scars. The process creates hundreds of microscopic “pin pricks” to activate your body’s wound healing process. As your skin heals, it uses your own collagen to fill the wrinkles and scars naturally. Needling is also called Dry Needling, Dry Tattooing, Needle Abrasion, Needle Dermabrasion, Facial Mesotherapy, Multitrepannic Collagen Actuation (MCA), Percutaneous Collagen Induction (PCI), or Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT). This procedure is becoming more popular in the United States. However it is widely used in its country of origin, South Africa. it is also popular in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. Wrinkle Treatment: Fine lines and wrinkles can be diminished with facial needling. Indented Scars: Needling procedures can decrease the depth of pitted, depressed, or shallow scars caused by acne, chicken pox, surgeries, stretch Marks or trauma. Surgical Scars: Raised or hypertrophic scars can become smoother with needling treatments that flatten the elevated scar tissue. 14 week pregnant and anemia. can i take the prenatal vitamin and iron pill together?
they both leave a bad taste, prenatal vitamin has an after taste or smell of fish oil and iron also leaves a very bad after taste for hours. at week 8 i had low iron, so nurse told me to take both these but separately and i tried for a few weeks but i feel so sick afterwards that i stopped taking both. now i’m feeling dizzy/ black out today. could it be because of anemia? does anyone else take both and do you take both the pills together?
What is a good prenatal vitamin to take that doesn't make you sick?
I was on Primacare One and they made me extremely sick to the point I was admitted to the hospital because I threw up so much and suffered from dehydration. The nurse recommended taking Flinstones during first 12 weeks, but I am getting sick with them too. I am 10 weeks and 5 days pregnant.
