Pregnancy Week 24 Part 1

This is week 24 in my pregnancy and I discuss some ups and downs, the birthing method we’ve chosen and some of my favorite products. I didn’t realize how close I would look on the screen, I’m using our new camcorder and was actually sitting several feet away from it so hope you don’t mind being up close and personal in this one. Any ideas what this abdominal pain is?

I have abdominal pain above my belly button and about 2 inches to the right. The overall pain is there almost constantly & the pain on the right comes and goes but is sharp when present. Nothing really makes it better, but it tends to be worse when sitting. At first I thought it was a stomach bug but it’s not getting any better and I’ve lost a few lbs and not been able to really eat much of anything.
Any idea of what this could possibly be? It doesn’t feel like heartburn and since it’s close to my bellybutton I don’t feel like it’s appendicitis either. But something just doesn’t feel right. Thanks!
