Loss of weight :( 14 weeks 6 days :(?
I am tall and not obese. I always had a normal good looking figure except for the love handles.
Before the pregnancy, when I wanted to lose weight, I always failed. Now that I am pregnant, I am losing weight :(
I have lost almost 7lbs since my pregnancy. I am extremely worried about it. I have been eating fine too. In fact now I consume stuff like (which I never did earlier) 2glasses of milk almost every day, a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, dried fruits like cashew pistachios etc. I also eat veggies & fruits (but not on a daily basis).
I eat all my regular meals the way I used to.
I have had cravings for lots of junk food!! I know it is not good. But I did not have chocolates, biscuits, ice creams & puddings earlier. I treated myself with them just once a week! Now I have them almost daily!!
I am worried why is this happening :(
My doctor said the baby takes away my nutrition. But then my baby is in me!! So it should not lead to weight loss anyway. So he was quiet for a few seconds and then he said that I have a point.
He then showed some concern and he gave me a requisition for an ultra sound. I am going to have the ultra sound on Tuesday.
I heard my baby’s heart beat. The doctor measured the fundal height (uterus size). He says every thing seems normal. But yet I have an ultra sound coming up.
Just to add, I have been going through immense stress & have been shedding lots of tears too. Could this be the reason of weight loss??
What should I do?
I want my baby to be healthy :(
Please advise…
I hardly ever had nausea or vomitting. Maybe 4-5 times since my pregnancy.
I take my prenatal vitamins daily & on time.
I am a lazy bum & have no real activities as such.
