I am trying to write the most complete book on ALL the steps needed for near perfect health for anyone in any health condition. Of course, good clean water is essential, I believe Whole body cleanses are the best way to start, then Enzymes-Probiotics to maintain gut health. I am concerned of the upcoming pandemic (Even the CDC has said it’s not a question of if, but when) and want something to prepare people to survive by getting their immune system in top shape. I think a Vita Mix to make sure you get lots of fresh raw veggies and fruits that are yummy is important, and supplementation with whole food vitamins and minerals is essential for maintenance. What I want to know is: What am I forgetting, in your opinion? What would you add to this plan? What is Your main concern? What is your favorite product? I also want to cover mind/body tools, and, to be honest, want to use products that pay affiliates to sell their products, but absolutely the best products out there. Please Help!! TY!

I’m looking for a health condition an athlete can have, that can be possibly be fatal, or severely damaging for normal living. But it has to be something that normal physical cannot detect. It’s for a story.

I have a friend who needs a kidney donation and I have the same blood type. I would like to donate one of mine, but I have a congenital heart defect that I take regular medication for and I also developed high blood pressure last year and take medication for that as well. Would that make me ineligible to donate? If I did donate, would it make a huge impact on my existing health condition?

I have been searching high and low for some health insurance. I have been without insurance for about 2 years now. I am about to be 25. I’m overweight. And I have some serious skin issues. I’ve looked into some places and considering I’m in horrible health condition I’m getting turned down or the rates are unbelievable. I make min wage. Someone please help :/
