Is doing the opposite of weight loss advice healthy for skinny people to gain weight?
I’m a skinny guy (im 17, 130 pounds), but pretty athletic. If I want bigger arms & calfs, in general want to gain more weight. If I follow the opposite of weight loss advice, such as not exercising and eating foods like cake/donuts, (along with obviously protein shakes, will I gain muscle mass?
Another thing I want to ask is if "high protein" but low calorie whey protein drinks (this thing called Orgaino is healthy for me.
How can you tell if your stretch marks are from losing or gaining weight?
I have stretch marks on my legs & I’m pretty sure I gained weight, but it looks like there is more skin there where the stretch marks are, & if my skin was stretching why would more skin be sticking out? Some friends have told me you get it from losing weight & some tell me from gaining weight. I’m confused and don’t know how to get rid of them…
How much do I need to exercise to start losing weight?
I’m not in giant need of losing weight, but I would like to.
My problem is, I love food & hate exercise.
I can deal with eating healthy & exercising some, but does anyone know how much I would have to walk at like a 2.5 or 3.0 mph speed to begin losing weight?
What should I use to prevent stretch marks during pregnancy?
The thickest cream I have ever used is Bath & Body Works Shea Butter. Is this the best cream to use to prevent stretch marks? And, when during the pregnancy should I start using it?
How long should I wait before taking a pregnancy test?
I haven’t had my period in 50 days. I took a pregnancy test already & it was negative. But since then I’ve had sex still. Since my period is already extremely late, how do I know when another test is necessary?
