I weight about 133 and well people say Im skinny but honestly it doesnt seem like it because I have a little bit of manbreast. I keep thinking losing about 15 lbs would be good enough for me to feel satisfied. I HATE manboobs, I struggled all my life with them and I need to get rid of em. I been doing insanity for about 3 weeks now and so far I probably lost 2 lbs :(. Can someone give me any tips on how to lose those 15 lbs in about a month or so? Also tips on manbreast.
I’m 15 and 5’2. I weigh 120 lbs currently and I used to weigh 117. I want to lose 10 pounds but I don’t get how I gained weight. I eat 2 meals a day, go on the treadmill (ok sometimes.. like 2/3 times a week) and I’m in taekwondo 2 times a week so it’s intense training. I admit I don’t drink enough water, but I don’t eat any junk food. Any tips? :)

Guy’s… the best way to lose weight is to exercise for 30 mins… then do a 15 minute yoga. Eat a healthy breakfast.. a healthy lunch.. a lot of water.. and veggies.. and for dinner, have something very light.. and have your dinner at 7pm. and drink green tea! That’s how i lost weight in a healthy way!

I used to be obese, but I lost around forty pounds in the span of around two years with minimal effort. Now that I just have to lose another ten or twenty pounds I work out more and it seems so much harder to lose that weight. -n-

@xic4loca There are two “must read” books. First one titled: “Water, for health, for healing, for life: You’re not sick, your thirsty.” by: Dr. F. Batmanghelidi. The second book is: “Eat Right for your Blood Type.” by: Peter J. D’Adamo and Catherine Whitney
Both books are direct with no ‘gimmicks.’ I have followed what these two books offer. People who have not seen me in a year are startled how much I have changed and how I look much younger. Hope I help.
