i dont know what those are but i wouldnt put anything in your body to be honest, the body does detox very well on its own. i mean you’ll feel shitty for the first few days but then youll feel better and it’ll be worth it

Fear mongering nonsense. A cleanse diet is an EXCELLENT way to introduce someone into a healthier lifestyle. Dieting is NEVER healthy if it isn’t done properly. Do a cleanse diet for a week, you’ll lose weight and feel great. After that week, ease yourself into a proper eating schedule and you’ll be feeling and looking great in no time. You won’t die from water.

do not listen to this video. a good detox is filled with healthy antioxident type foods which purefy your system. I don’t know what detox this guy went on, but I am certain no doctor would have recommended something that would cause what he is talking about.

this guy is such a moron, i cant believe he made such an uneducated video and humiliated himself. not to mention he blatantly LIED. i went on a 10 day fast, i kept up my strength training and i lost a lot of fat especially on my face. i was able to retain my muscle because i still USED them. when u strength train during a fast then ur body KNOWS that u need the muscle more than the fat, so it goes after the fat, BUT if u do nothng, then yes youll lose the muscle and keep mostly fat
