I’m Planning on losing weight before my next year of school…Some Of the girls is my school lost a lot of weight by quiting Junk Food…But Thats more than just candy and sweets right?…What foods are considered junk food that i should stay away from to lose weight?..Right Now I Drink Herbal Tea In the Morning to Curb my Appetite..Anyother Idea I had was to Just Eat Salads and Vege’s for Lunch..But I’m Getting Sick of that…Then For Dinner Lately I’ve Been having regular dinner foods…I Also Eat Lean Cuisines for lunch Every now and Then..They Are Good and They Help You Lose Weight. So Like I asked…Do You Know of any good weight loss pills to lose weight… i have heared and saw many advertisements about Hoodia Gordonii Cactus Diet plant that lose upto 32 poundz in 4month so will you plz guide me what should i have to order for best and fast results Hoodia Gordonii pills or Hoodia GOrdonii plus for weight loss?

    Hi,
    i think that for breakfast you should have, a healthy non- sugar and chocolate cereal with semi skimmed milk.

    lunch =1 finger roll with coleslaw cucumber tomato and lettuce inside. Have a peice of fruit with it afterwaards.

    Tea = Have things that are good for you like a chicken casserole, rissoto, pasta with cheese and a tomato sauce (not the sauce you have with chips etc). All things like this are good and tasty!!

    Also like i did i stopped having biscuits and after a while if i was hungry during lunch and tea i would have a banana or an apple!! Also u dont have to quit sweets u can just eat sweets like once a week but make sure they dont have any E numbers!!

    I got so used to it in the end!! Fast food like McDonalds aint gonna harm u if u dont have it regularly!

    I wouldn’t rely on the "Diet in a bottle’ approach! You seem to be on the right path giving up junk foods and eating healthier. Also try to fit some kind of work out into your routine as well. Maybe walking for a half hour a day or a brisk jog! You will lose weight and have more energy that way! Good luck!

    pills and stupid drinks dont relly do anything 4 u. well im 120 punds and 14 years old. im not anorexic i just work out and eat right. besides google helps 2. also check out barnes and noble. buy some excerise books. if u need more click my profile and email me!

    You sound like such a sensible girl already so don’t worry about getting into diet pills. Exercise and a simple healthy diet will give you great benefits. Have plenty of fruit and vegetables for dinner and lunch, cut out the junk food and you will lose the excess pounds over 4 months without ever taking 1 diet pill. ((Hugs))

    Its always a good idea to speak to your doctor before starting any type of diet. this will enable you to find out if your in need of loosing weight, and if you are how much you need to loose.

    health eating is whats recommended for all, the GI diet and low fat are the best i have come across, that dont prommise a great weight loss but a gradual one, with a better understanding of the foods that you should be eating for a healther lifestyle

    weight loss pill are bull. they dont work. but things like dexatrim make you feel full so you wont eat as much. but the best thing to lose weight and keep it off is consistent good healthy diet and consistent exericise. Junk is anything that is fried, greasy, or sugary. Always eat throughout the day. small snacks like an apple or banana or something. Eat breakfast, cereal is good for you with skim milk, oatmeal is good for you, eggs are good for you. Fish is good, lean beef or turkey is good also but in smaller portions. Pasta is good (dreamfields brand has less carbs and calories). Fruits and veggies, low calorie popcorn is good as a snack. if you eat a sandwich use whole wheat/grain bread. any veggie good always. fruits are good too, some better than others. they are higher in carbs but are good for a snack (low calorie) and are sweet.

    It’s calories in and calories out. Do you know what happens if you don’t eat enough? Your body will go into survival mode and will retain fat. The brain will think, "Oh, I’m hungry. Maybe there is a famine. Maybe I should store fat for future use.

    Never try to curb your appetite. Instead, satisfy your appetite with healthy food.

    You MUST eat a healthy, complete breakfast. In fact studies have proven that eating a healthy breakfast will help you burn more calories than eating nothing. Never eat just salad and vegetables because you need protein. Cut out junk food as much as possible, but you’ll never be able to avoid it completely. Eat well and exercise, do weight training which will help burn more calories than cardio exercising.

    The diet industry will leave you poorer and fatter because while a pill might appear to make you lose weight short term, whatever it’s doing is not natural and you’ll end up putting on more pounds in the long run.

    Oh, and did I say never take a diet pill?

    Okay I use to weigh somewhere between 190-200lbs and lost a significant amout of weight but before i say anything I wlll say consult your doctor before trying these weightloss pills what works for some doesnt work for others and side effects are real. I found success with CORTISLIM in about three months I went from a size 16+ to about a 10 well lets just say i could fit a medium and could shop at stores in the mall i have never been able to before like forever21. Im not big on excersise but when you lose alotta weight you should be because you need to tone up flab is not fab :) And dont do the only eating this or that eating just salads and vegies they are good but once you lose and think you can eat regular you’ll gain back more than you lost. I would go to the store and as a snack would get a candy bar a pastry and a soda well thats almost 1000 calories in my snack so like others i cut out all the extra snackin and ate what i want in smaller portions…you have to no what your puttin in your body to no what to burn when you excersise if you wanna keep eating and not get bored and all salads are not good for you some have not very many nutrients so its pointless. Eat alot of nuts of anykind because protien helps you loose weight fast and as long as you do some kinda excersise i use to dance even though i really cant but in private i can do what ever but some kinda cardio is good,,,to make this long answer alil longer my friends tried cortislim an it didnt work for them i tried relacore and it made my hair fall out and it says it on the box that it may Trimspa may have killed anna nicole and other pills have made me feel sick and my doctor says SlimQuick is good because its mostly natural herbs.
    .eat in smaller portions..cut out snacking replace with fruit and nuts..drink lots of water..and do some cardio even if your not good doing somethin is better than nothing hope it helps but remember losing weight is about changing your eating habits for good making your new change a way of life i’ve gained back 15lbs because going to parties and not following portion control like i was in the begining but everyone said i was to small and need to gain back some of the weight any way I hope this helps you
