If anyone wants to know my favorit salad witch is pretty healthy
it is scratched carrots , u know those metal tool that can make thin slieces ,
and then tunafish mixed , its really good , i normaly put black oliven and lime
but thats optional ofcourse :P well i hope someone is going to try it out please leave a replay , sorry for my english

you dont want to lose weight tooooo fast. Two reasons why… you can end up with baggy skin everywhere! And its extremely hard on your heart.
