    i usually just have a cup of coffee and some fruit,either 2 apples,2 oranges or 1 banana. keeps the weight off my lazy butt

    fruit,,,,grains….poached eggs on spinach w/ mushrooms and onions, smoothies, hot water w/ lemon, roasted twig tea….fish, etc

    There is nothing wrong with eating carbs, eggs, coffee or meat at breakfast. Fat is not your enemy. Look up “Matthias Krenkler” in YouTube.

    A healthy breakfast mostly should be REAL food, not processed junk like most cereals are. Oats are great but instant oats are bad because they have too much sugar and weird ingredients (you can add your own sugar to regular oats). Meat is fine but only in moderation and you shouldn’t have something like bacon daily. Include some sort of fruit or veggie. One of my favourite healthy breakfasts is lightly sweetened steel cut oats with fruit like strawberries or grapes…. :)

    hmm, I guess some healthy things you can eat in the morning are fruits, whole grain cereal, plain yogurt with fresh strawberries mixed with granola…man that sounds good.

    banana and pinutbutter barito! … i think … what? (bananas are a simple protean right so it gives you energy fast, a hole wet tortilla is completed so it takes lounger to break down witch means after the banana wares of you;ll get more energy and i think i remember someone saying something about pinut butter is somewhere in the middle

    i eat 5 or 6 whole eggs, half pound of bacon, stack of pancakes with 3/4 stick of butter and a cup of pure healthy maple syrup. I cut trees all day so im hungry again in a few hours.

    This video was made two years ago. Lately there has been some discussion on whether unfermented soy products (basically all of them these days) and agave nectar are not healthy choices. It seems the info is always changing. You didn’t mention organic eggs and bacon. Is that not a healthy choice. Some folks seem to think it is. What’s your take?
