thanks for posting your lecture on youtube. I think more young people need to hear your message, esp. those in my age range (born in the 80s) who grew up on processed food TV ads and gave little thought to what we ate during high school and college. I don’t know if you lost weight, but you don’t look unhealthy, and look at how high your blood sugar was! If it can happen to you it can happen to anyone.
how do he cook the Brussels Sprugus, just by boiling on water or just eating it raw with food etc?
